NEMS says its new warehouse in SHFTZ is filling up fast

Impala North European Marine Service’s (NEMS) new bonded warehouse in Yangshan in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone (SHFTZ) is filling up with metal, the company said.

Speaking in an interview during last week’s Asia Copper Week in Shanghai, md Charles Bucknall told Metal Bulletin that the new facility had received a good reception.

“[The warehouse] has a considerable amount of metal – copper, zinc and nickel – and it is filling up fast,” he said.
The joint venture with SIPGL Logistics Co, one of China’s largest ports and logistics companies, was “going well”, he said.
