Indium, bismuth prices fall in China after Fanya rules change

Indium and bismuth prices have dropped in China after Fanya Metal Exchange announced it had changed its trading rules in response to official demands.

Metal Bulletin indium prices in domestic China fell to 4,980-5,020 yuan ($811-819) per kg on Wednesday November 26, compared with 5,020-5,040 yuan last week. Bismuth prices fell to 148,000-150,000 yuan per tonne ($10.90-11.10 per lb) on Wednesday, compared with 149,000-150,000 yuan at the previous assessment.
