Spot copper TC/RCs trade near benchmark levels; market awaits BHP H1 deals

Spot treatment and refining charges (TC/RCs) for copper concentrates inched higher in the first two weeks of December as sales to traders slowed and a seasonal tightening in credit conditions in China kept buyers there out of the market.
