LME OFFICIALS: Base metals prices rangebound to start week

Base metals prices were rangebound in the official session on the London Metal Exchange on Monday March 30, showing little reaction from downward movements late last week.

Three-month copper settled at $6,065/067 per tonne, after opening the day at $6,046.50. The red metal traded as high as $6,123 per tonne and reached a low of $6,034. “Base metals also found themselves under significant pressure amid generally weak commodity prices on Friday,” a broker said...
