HOTLINE: Impala vs Wanxiang – counting the cost

As the market digests the outcome of Impala Shanghai vs Wanxiang case – Impala Shanghai was granted the anti-suit injunction preventing Wanxiang from suing it in China – it is also worth noting the sums of money involved.

The court dispute cost each side hundreds of thousands of pounds, and the total spent by both sides combined breached £1 million ($1.5 million).
