LBMA launches strategic bullion market review

The London Bullion Market Assn (LBMA) is seeking ways to develop gold market efficiency and evolution while increasing transparency and liquidity following a number of high profile scandals in the financial markets.

The association, which has 79 members and 67 associates in over 30 countries globally, has commissioned Ernst & Young (EY) to undertake the study and to prepare recommendations for the continued development of the market.
