US aluminium antitrust case rulings upheld

A US federal judge has reaffirmed her previous rulings dismissing the London Metal Exchange, Goldman Sachs Group Inc and several other investment banks and warehousing companies from antitrust litigation accusing them of purposeful manipulation of aluminium supplies to drive up prices.
