Xiamen Fanya Mercantile Exchange Centre – Fanya’s rare earths exchange – will list the metals that Fanya decides to move to what it calls its “offshore board”.
Any new commodities listed by Fanya will be on the Xiamen exchange, and any of the minor metals currently listed that are moved onto the offshore board will be removed from the exchange in Kunming.
