Low-grade Indian SiMn focus expected from EU anti-dumping probe

The European Commission’s anti-dumping investigation of Indian silico-manganese exports is likely to have focused on lower-grade material, market participants told Metal Bulletin.

The commission is expected to announce preliminary anti-dumping measures on Sunday September 20.
