Tokyo Steel rolls over domestic prices again but sees ‘bottom’

Japan’s Tokyo Steel has kept its December-delivery domestic long and flat steel prices unchanged, as it waits for signs of a supply-demand balance in the local market.

This will be the second consecutive month of stability following cuts of as much as ¥10,000 ($81) per tonne which were implemented for October shipments.
