Chinese cable company Wanma's trading arm expands in Singapore

Metaspark Resources, a trading subsidiary of Chinese cable producer Wanma Group, is expanding in Singapore and has plans to open offices elsewhere in the near future, newly appointed director, base metals in Singapore Simon Xu told Metal Bulletin.

“The Chinese government has incentives for its big companies to go outside China,” Xu said about the reason for expanding in Singapore. “It is also Wanma’s strategy to diversify assets overseas,” he added.
