USA sets steep final duties in CR sheet case

The US Commerce Department has issued steep final duty margins for cold rolled coil imports from Brazil, India, Russia, South Korea and the UK.

The department hammered South Korean producers with especially high final duties, according to a July 21 fact sheet. South Korean suppliers, which faced no countervailing duties at the preliminary stage, found themselves back on the hook at the final stage.
