STEEL FIRST ANALYST RANKINGS: Iron ore prices set for rangebound Q3

Iron ore prices are likely to stay rangebound in the third quarter of 2016 just like they have been over the past two months, according to various analysts polled by Steel First.


After hitting a 15-month high of just above $70 per tonne cfr China in April, iron ore price movements have been rather lacklustre in May and June.
Metal Bulletin’s 62% Fe Iron Ore Index averaged $54.61 per tonne in May whereas the average for June was even lower, at $51.71 per tonne cfr China.
