Twenty face prosecution for Fanya's 'illegal fund-raising'; lengthy investigation, trial expected to lock up minor metals stocks

Twenty people alleged to have been major figures in illegal fund-raising by the Fanya minor metals exchange have had their cases transferred to the Kunming City prosecution office for investigation and prosecution.

Investigations began on December 1, 2015, and have lasted more than half a year.
