Brazilian prosecutors file action against ThyssenKrupp CSA, former governor on licence issue

State prosecutors in Brazil’s south-eastern Rio de Janeiro state have filed a public civil action against ThyssenKrupp CSA and local authorities over an “illegal operating authorisation” granted to the slab producer in 2010.
