Brazilian long steel mills seek 10-12% price increases in March

Brazilian long steel producers are seeking price increases in the domestic market this month in an attempt to improve their margins, Metal Bulletin has heard.

The move is being led by Gerdau and ArcelorMittal.
Rebar prices are expected to be raised by 10-12%, according to local sources.
