DAILY SCRAP REPORT: Indices continue rising with more deep-sea deals

Turkish scrap import prices continued to increase with news of two deep-sea cargoes heard on Wednesday March 8.

Metal Bulletin’s daily index for Northern Europe-origin material closed at $293.54 per tonne cfr, up by $5.17 per tonne day-on-day. The daily index for USA-origin HMS 1&2 (80:20) closed at $302.30 per tonne cfr, up by $4.69 per tonne day-on-day.
