India resumes circumvention probe into CR stainless flat steel imports
India has resumed an investigation into circumvention of anti-dumping (AD) duties on cold rolled (CR) stainless steel flat products, the country’s commerce ministry said on Friday March 23.
The investigation was resumed on March 8, and covers CR stainless flat products in widths of 600mm-1,250mm from South Korea, China, the EU, Taiwan, South Africa, the USA and Thailand.
The investigation was first initiated in February 2016, before being suspended by the Delhi High Court on April 27 the same year.
