Canada sets final rebar dumping duties [UPDATE]

Canada has imposed final anti-dumping duties on imports of concrete reinforcing bar from Belarus, Hong Kong, Japan, Portugal, Spain and Taiwan.

Taiwan’s Feng Hsin Steel Co received no duties at the final phase of the investigation after having preliminary margins of 1% imposed in January. Final duties for other companies and countries ranged from as low as 2.40% to as high as 108.50%, according to an announcement from the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) dated April 3.
