US Commerce boosts most South Korean OCTG duties

The US Commerce Department has raised most anti-dumping duties on imports of oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from South Korea.

In its administrative review stage, Commerce adjusted the duties mostly upward, to a range of 2.76% to 24.92%, parties to the decision told Metal Bulletin sister publication AMM. “With a range such as that, some tonnage has been cut out for now, but there is still substantial tonnage that can be sold here competitively,” Kimberly Leppold, senior analyst with Metal Bulletin...
