Elliott releases letter from ex-Arconic ceo Kleinfeld describing Singer’s behaviour as ‘legendary’

Former Arconic ceo Klaus Kleinfeld allegedly sent Elliott Management's Paul Singer a football from the 2006 Germany World Cup and told the latter in a letter that his behaviour in Berlin had been “legendary”.

The letter, which has been released by New York-based activist shareholder Elliott, led to Kleinfeld's departure by mutual agreement from Arconic earlier this week after the company board determined it showed "poor judgement".
