China’s plate export prices rise amid domestic market gains

China’s plate export prices increased for a second consecutive week amid a strengthening domestic market.

Metal Bulletin’s weekly assessment of prices for July shipments of commercial-grade, chromium-added plate was $445-450 per tonne fob for the week ended Tuesday May 23, up $20 per tonne from the preceding week.
