Cobalt 27 prices offering at $9 per share, acquires 2,150 tonnes of metal

Investment vehicle Cobalt 27 has announced the pricing of its public offering at $9 per share, and will acquire 2,150 tonnes of the blue metal.

The company’s shares will begin trading on the open market on Friday June 24 and, once trading begins, are likely to trade at a significant premium to the metal price, Simon Catt of Arlington Asset Management, an adviser to the company, predicted last month.
