MB STAINLESS LJUBLJANA: Strong electric vehicle growth could hit engineering steel volumes

The global engineering steel market could shrink by 4.5 million tonnes between 2017 and 2025, should there be a sharp increase in the share of electric vehicles in the global automotive market, according to Markus Moll, md of Steel & Metals Market Research (SMR).
