Russian HR, CR sheet prices roll back on declining demand

Russian domestic prices for hot rolled (HR) and cold rolled (CR) sheet steel have been pulled back because buyers would not accept new, higher offers, market participants told Metal Bulletin on Tuesday October 10.

Traders did not support the price increase because of falling demand in the secondary market at the end of the country’s construction season, they added.
