Louisiana DRI plant outages ‘unacceptable’, says ceo of USA's Nucor

US steelmaker Nucor plans a top-to-bottom review of its direct-reduced iron (DRI) plant in Louisiana after a series of equipment failures and unplanned outages, the company’s top executive said.
