CIS export rebar prices drop on sluggish demand but wire rod holds firm

CIS export rebar prices continued to fall in the week ended Monday October 23 amid weak demand for the product in the major outlets, Metal Bulletin has learnt.

The price assessment for CIS rebar exports was $500-515 per tonne fob Black Sea on Monday, down by $15-20 per tonne against $520-530 per tonne fob a week earlier.
