Sweden’s SSAB forecasts drop in its Q4 steel prices

Swedish steelmaker SSAB expects its prices to be lower in October-December this year compared with the third quarter, the company said on Wednesday October 25.

Apparent steel demand for heavy steel plate in North America, where SSAB also has operations, is expected to be stable at a lower level, which will also affect prices, the steelmaker said.
