Brazil's Usiminas seeks 25% price increase to automotive sector

Brazilian flat steel producer Usiminas is negotiating an increase of 25% for 2018, for steel that is sold on to the automotive industry.

"The number currently [being discussed] is an increase 25% next year," ceo Sergio Leite said in a third-quarter results conference call on Friday October 27.
