CIS STEEL BILLET: Prices keep falling amid lack of demand

CIS export billet prices continued to trend downward in the week ended Monday November 13 due to a lack of the buying activity in the major outlets amid expectations of more price falls in the near term.

Metal Bulletin’s CIS Billet Index was $456 per tonne fob Black Sea on Monday, down by $12 per tonne from $468 per tonne fob a week earlier.
