WTO faults some US methods in South Korean OCTG case

A World Trade Organization (WTO) panel has ruled that the United States used some improper calculations in its 2014 anti-dumping action against imports of oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from South Korea.

NEW YORK — A World Trade Organization (WTO) panel has ruled that the United States used some improper calculations in its 2014 anti-dumping action against imports of oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from South Korea. While the report released on Tuesday November 14 represents a partial victory for South Korea, the WTO dispute resolution panel rejected at least 14 other Korean complaints and decided against considering at least six others.
