Canada extends steel import monitoring regime to 2020

Global Affairs Canada’s Trade & Export Controls Bureau will continue a 31-year-old steel import monitoring program for three more years, Metal Bulletin sister title American Metal Market has learnt.

The steel import monitoring program will be extended until November 1, 2020, the agency said in a notice published on Thursday November 2.
