High grade manganese ore prices clawed back some recent losses while the decline in low grade prices slowed.
Trading volumes were thinner because most Chinese market participants were awaiting offer prices for December-delivery from a large miner, expecting a drop of about 35 cents per dry metric tonne unit (dmtu), participants said.
