Canada to review rebar import duties for nine nations

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) will review import duties, export prices and so-called “normal” values on rebar originating from nine countries as part of a regular annual duty review.

A “reinvestigation” has been started to update these values for rebar from China, South Korea and Turkey, which were assessed with dumping duties in a case concluded in 2015, the agency said in a notice issued on Monday December 4.
