Tsingshan Group raises Feb FeCr tender prices after Dec imports fall, data shows

Major Chinese stainless steel mill Tsingshan Group has raised its high-carbon ferro-chrome tender price for February delivery due to tight supplies both domestically and overseas on Monday January 29 after Baosteel and Taiyuan Iron & Steel (Tisco) raised ferro-chrome tender prices for February last week.

Tsingshan Group raised its high carbon ferro-chrome tender price for February delivery to 7,896 yuan ($1,247.59) per tonne on Monday January 29, an increase of 600 yuan on its tender price for January delivery. As in previous months, Tsingshan's latest tender price is on par with Baosteel’s February tender.
