Jupiter announces $185 mln Australian IPO

Jupiter Mines is pursuing a A$240 million ($185 million) relisting on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), the company said on Monday March 19.

The miner, which owns Tshipi - South Africa’s largest manganese ore producer by export volume, lodged a company prospectus with the ASX today and expects its shares to start trading on April 18.
