Noble founder, non-executive director Elman resigns

Richard Elman has resigned as non-executive director of Noble Group, according to a filing on the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday March 21.

Elman founded the commodity trading firm in 1986. He stepped down as chairman of Noble in May last year.
