Singapore's import prices for rebar fall again on weak demand

Import prices for rebar in Singapore fell further over the past week amid ample offers and weak demand among buyers.

Metal Bulletin’s assessment of import prices for rebar in Southeast Asia - which mainly looks at cargoes sold into Singapore on a theoretical weight basis - was $533-540 per tonne cfr for the week to Monday April 16, down $7-10 per tonne from the preceding week.
