US International Trade Commission finds injury in wire rod trade case

Mills in the United States have been injured by imports of carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from Italy, South Korea, Spain, Turkey and the United Kingdom, the US International Trade Commission (ITC) said in a final determination issued on Tuesday May 1.

Four of five ITC commissioners voted in the affirmative, while the final commissioner did not participate in this trade investigation at all.
