CHINA HRC: Mills keep asking prices high despite low demand

China’s HRC prices slightly changed on Tuesday July 17, with mills insisting to offer high prices despite low demand, sources told Metal Bulletin.

Eastern China (Shanghai): 4,250-4,270 yuan ($635-638) per tonne, narrowing down 10 yuan per tonne
Northern China (Tianjin): 4,170-4,180 yuan per tonne, narrowing upward 10 yuan per tonne
