EUROPE SECTIONS: Prices flat but preliminary EU safeguarding decision could push up prices

Prices of domestic hollow steel sections made in Europe remained flat this week but the preliminary decision made in the EU safeguarding case could push up prices soon, sources told Metal Bulletin on Wednesday July 25.
