CHINA HRC: Prices largely flat amid sparse trading

China’s hot-rolled coil prices were largely steady on Thursday July 26 amid thin trading.

Domestic
Eastern China (Shanghai): 4,250-4,260 yuan ($627-629) per tonne, narrowing downward 10 yuan per tonne
Northern China (Tianjin): 4,170-4,180 yuan per tonne, unchanged
Domestic prices were largely unchanged during the day amid sparse trading, a Tangshan-based source said.
