DAILY SCRAP REPORT: Turkish mills may buy again soon to rebuild stocks

Turkish steel producers extended their absence from the deep-sea scrap markets while the political crisis between their country and the United States continued on Tuesday August 14.

But mills in the country were expected to resume their scrap purchasing soon to replenish low stock levels, sources said.
