A no-deal Brexit would mean that the UK “leaves the European Union and all related agreements and bodies at 11pm on March 29, 2019,” UK Steel said.
There would be no transition period for leaving the trade bloc, and no preferential tariffs in place, but there would be a potential divergence in regulatory standards between the UK and the EU.
