RUSSIA FLAT STEEL: Prices decline as demand falls back

Prices for hot-rolled (HR) and cold-rolled (CR) steel sheet in Russia’s Central Federal District around Moscow have decreased over the past week, reflecting a slowdown in demand, sources told Fastmarkets.
