KME takes full control of Tréfimétaux in €2 million deal

Italian semi-finished copper-products conglomerate KME will take full control of Tréfimétaux in a €2 million ($2.25 million) deal, continuing on what is now a two-year acquisition spree.

The deal will see KME increase its stakeholding in French copper tube and rod manufacturer Tréfimétaux, which has a turnover of €220 million, from 49% to 100%, meaning that it gains management control.
