Ferrous scrap import prices in Turkey were stable during the week ended March 15, with seven cargoes booked from the UK, Europe and the Baltic Sea.
A steel mill in the Izmir region booked a UK cargo on Monday, comprising 25,000 tonnes of HMS 1&2 (80:20) at $320 per tonne cfr on March 11.
The following day, a steel producer in the Iskenderun region booked a UK cargo comprising 22,000 tonnes of HMS 1&2 (80:20) at $320 per tonne cfr.
