CHINA HRC: Exporters raise offers on recent domestic gains

Chinese mills raised their export offers for hot-rolled coil on Tuesday April 16 following a recent strengthening of the domestic market, though prices in the latter were mixed during the day due to trading activity thinning and supply tightening.
