European ferro-titanium prices have been steady since then
, unchanged for five consecutive weeks and most recently assessed at $5.20-5.50 per kg on a delivered Europe basis.
Before then, the European ferro-titanium market had been rising since February, when the price was as low as $4.20-4.80 per kg. That price came at the end of a decline in the price from a 2018 high of $5.80-6.05 per kg on September 12.
