EUROPE PLATE: Domestic prices remain under pressure from poor demand, lower slab costs

Domestic prices for heavy steel plate in across Europe have been under pressure from slow trading, sources have told Fastmarkets.

A decline in slab costs in May also added to the bearish mood in the market, according to market participants.
